Reset or change my password

If you've forgotten or lost your password, no worries! You can request a password reset here (make sure you're logged out first): secure.smugmug.com/passwordreset/request.

Please enter the email address you used to register your SmugMug account. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you right away.

It's important to know that if we detect your new password has been used on any website that's been the victim of a data breach, we won't allow you to use that password for your SmugMug account. We want to make sure your account—and photos—are always safe, so we'll prompt you to choose another password.

Note: The reset password link we send is unique and time sensitive. It'll expire after one hour. If you find your link no longer works, you can request another password reset using the link above.

Change my password.

You can do that within your Account Settings under Me > Account. Enter your current password, then your new 12 character minimum password, verify it, and you're done!
