Customizing the image Buy Button in Journal style.
If you have enabled your shopping cart in the Collage and Thumbnail gallery styles, you will notice that the shopping bag icon appears in the upper right corner of the images in these galleries. If you prefer the icon to be visible only when hovering over the images, you can customize this setting. By following these steps, you can customize the visibility of the shopping bag icon to better suit your preferences and enhance the visual appeal of your gallery.
- The shopping bag icon is always visible in the upper right corner of images in Collage and Thumbnail styles.
- Modify the setting so that the shopping bag icon appears only when hovering over the images.
Steps to customize shopping bag icon visibility.
- Tip: This works only for your galleries, not for content blocks! So make sure you start in a gallery on your site.
- Navigate to your gallery.
- Select Customize Design.
- Select the All Galleries button in the panel on the right.
- Hover over the On All Galleries content block, click on the wrench.
- In the Gallery Styles pop up select the Collage or Thumbnail style you want to update the option. We're using Collage Landscape.
- In the panel that opens Select Shop Icon On Photos.
- Choose Show on Hover to make the shopping bag icon visible only when you hover over the images.

Save the changes to apply the new setting.
Customizing the gallery Buy Button in Journal and SmugMug style.
- Journal and SmugMug: Styles always display the Buy Photos button option in the top right of each gallery.
- Change gallery Buy Photos button color:
- To change the color of the gallery Buy Photos button, update the Accent Color in your Active Theme.
- Go to Customize Design > Theme and adjust the setting for the Accent Color as desired.
Customizing the image Buy Button in Journal Style.
In the Journal gallery style, you have the option to change the color of the Buy Button, which is located on the lower right side of the images.
Steps to Change the Journal style image Buy Button Color:
- Navigate to a Journal style gallery.
- Customize Design
- All Galleries content block.
- Click on the wrench tool icon to open the Gallery Styles Menu.
- In the Gallery Styles Menu, choose the Journal style.
- Look for the Buy Button Color option within the Journal settings. Use the drop-down menu to select one of the following options:
- Accent: Matches the Accent color of your Active Theme.
- Emphasized: Provides a more pronounced color to stand out.

Default: Resets to the standard color. After selecting your preferred color, make sure to save the changes to apply them.
