We've introduced a Pre-Release Sign-Up Page for a single gallery and multiple galleries within a folder in the Organizer to help our Pro and Portfolio photographers connect with potential buyers early. This feature provides a unique link you can easily copy and share with your clients to build excitement and gather interest ahead of your gallery release.
Visitors can sign up to be the first ones to know when your photos go live.

Steps for Single Gallery Sign Ups.
Within the Organizer, a Pre-Release Page button is available when viewing a gallery.
Selecting the Pre-Release Page button will open a new page. Use the Copy Pre-Release Link option on the left to share the gallery notification link or QR code with your clients via text message, social media or email. The Owner Preview on the right shows exactly what recipients will see when they click the shared link.
When clients click on the gallery notification link or the QR code, they will be directed to a page where they can enter and provide consent to share their email address.
When the gallery is ready to share, the photographer can return to the gallery within the Organizer to send an email notification to all registrants who signed up for updates. First, click on the Pre-Release Page button, then click on the Notify Registrants button to open the confirmation page to email to the registrants. We will then send out the emails automatically to the registrants.
Registered guests will receive an email with a link to the gallery, notifying them that the photos are ready to view. The email also includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom, allowing customers to opt out of further notifications for the gallery.
Multiple Gallery Sign Ups.
For multiple gallery sign ups in the Organizer, select a folder, then select the Pre-Release button.
On the left, select either the Copy Pre-Release Link button or the Get QR Code button. This allows you to share the folder or multi gallery notification link with your clients via text message, social media, or email. The Owner Preview on the right shows exactly what recipients will see when they click the shared link.
In the customer view, clicking the Select Galleries button opens a page where they can choose galleries to receive notifications when the photographer uploads images.
After selecting galleries, the customer can click the Done button. The following screen will indicate the number of galleries selected, allow the customer to enter their email address, and consent to share their email. Selecting the Notify Me button will enable their notifications.
When the galleries within the folder are ready to share, the photographer can return to the Organizer, select an individual gallery within the folder to send an email notification to all registrants who signed up for updates. First, in each gallery, click on the Pre-Release Page button. This will show you all sign ups for that gallery. Then click on the Notify Followers button to open the confirmation page to email the registrants. We will then send out the emails automatically to the registrants.
As with the single gallery sign-up option, registered guests will receive an email with a link to the gallery, notifying them that the photos are ready to view. The email also includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom, allowing customers to opt out of further notifications for the gallery.
NOTE: The background image for the Gallery and Folder Pre-Release Pages can be chosen in the Feature Image for the folder or gallery.
Manage Your Gallery Sign Ups.
Managing your gallery sign ups throughout your account is available in the Selling Tools > Pre-Release Galleries.
- Click on Manage and view your galleries that currently have followers.
- On this page you can click on the Actions button menu and either export email addresses, or send notifications for the gallery to your followers.
Download Guest Emails.
When you have followers on your gallery, you can download their email addresses for communication or marketing purposes. Return to the Organizer select a gallery that has been followed, click on the Pre-Release Page button. This will show the number of followers and a button to Export Email Addresses. Clicking this will bundle the names into a downloadable CSV file with the emails to the registered guests.
