We've introduced a Pre-Release Sign-Up Page in the Organizer to help our Pro and Portfolio photographers connect with potential buyers early. This feature provides a unique link you can easily copy and share with your clients to build excitement and gather interest ahead of your gallery release.
Visitors can sign up to be the first ones to know when your photos go live.
Send automatic updates: Once your gallery is ready, just click to email all those eager attendees. You do the fun creative stuff; we’ll handle the heavy lifting.
Steps:
Within the Organizer, a Pre-Release Page button is available when viewing a gallery.
Selecting the Pre-Release Page button will open a new page. Use the Copy Pre-Release Link option on the left to share the gallery notification link or QR code with your clients via text message, social media or email. The Owner Preview on the right shows exactly what recipients will see when they click the shared link.
When clients click on the gallery notification link or the QR code, they will be directed to a page where they can enter and provide consent to share their email address.
When the gallery is ready to share, the photographer can return to the gallery within the Organizer to send an email notification to all registrants who signed up for updates. First, click on the Pre-Release Page button, then click on the Notify Registrants button to open the confirmation page to email to the registrants. We will then send out the emails automatically to the registrants.
Registered guests will receive an email with a link to the gallery, notifying them that the photos are ready to view. The email also includes an unsubscribe link, allowing customers to opt out of further notifications for the gallery.
