The Customer Leads page allows you to manage all of your photography clients in one centralized location. Located in your Selling Tools, this feature automatically captures purchases, gallery/folder subscriptions, and contacts, then streamlines your customer management by letting you track, view, create, edit, and delete customer connections all in one place. With easy access to recent purchases, gallery subscriptions, contact information, and other key details, you'll be fully equipped to follow up effectively, maintain relationships, and track your client sales without missing a beat.

Go to your Selling Tools > Customer Leads > Add Lead

The Add Lead screen will open and you may enter the name of your contact

Note: The email of the contact can't be edited due to it being critical to the tracking and activity history of the lead. A new lead can be created or an older one deleted.

Click Save and your lead contact will be entered into your Customer Leads page. From here you can View or Add a Lead as needed.

You will be able to click into each Lead to see their activity on your account. As customers interact with your site their activity will be added to Lead information.

While viewing a Lead you have the ability to Edit or Remove the Lead. Choosing the Edit button allows you to update the name of the Lead. Selecting the Remove button will open a screen to remove that Lead from your list.
